The cottage also boasts a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with an open fire and a dining table. To the outside of the property is a small front patio area with bench, rear patio courtyard with garden furniture as well as off road parking for two cars. Coates Lane Farm Cottage is a delightfully renovated holiday home in a peaceful location.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, library of books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power & initial supply of logs for open fire inc. in rent (additional logs can be purchased from owner). Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small front patio area with bench, rear patio courtyard with garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, quiet village pub less than one minute walk. |
